2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
• All custom orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
• Remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup
• Failure to complete payment may result in:
• Order cancellation
• Loss of deposit
We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.

3. PRODUCTION & TIMELINE POLICY
Estimated production times:
• Standard pieces: 7–14 business days
• Custom jewelry: 2–6 weeks (or more depending on design)

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
• Orders are processed within 3–10 business days
• Tracking will be provided once shipped
We are NOT responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
• Carrier delays
